Very bad service, ordered 4 pieces meal, received two pieces with 2 chicken fillets and 2 hot wings. I only like original chicken, other chicken went in bin. Just Eat would not compensate as alternative chicken delivered. Do not use Just Eat if you want a guarantee of good service.

Waited 15 minutes for Beccles KFC to open. Said on the main sign opens at 10.30, on the door it said 11am. An employee came out to inform us that a big delivery had arrived in preparation for the Latitude festival, one of the fryers wasn't working hence couldn't give a Tim to open. I asked the man why a member of staff couldn't have put a sign on the door or let us know instead of having us wait more than 20 minutes. Absolutely shocking. Will never go back!!!!

ZERO STARS - I just made a massive mistake of buying a 10 piece bucket from Pembroke Dock KFC, 5 pieces were drumsticks!, the rest of the chicken smelt wrong somehow, wife and I took a bite each and threw the lot away, including the worst disgusting chips we have ever experienced in our lives, £16.99 thrown away, absolutely unfit for human consumption , not fit to be fed to pigs, never, ever, ever again, I thought Carmarthen kfc was bad, this dump is even worse, I should really have sussed it out because you hardly ever see any customers there, now I know why.

Absolutely disgusting, can't believe how downhill KFC have gone it was terrible. I'm sure the fries they delivered were people's left overs. Requested a refund but they refused I may aswell put my money straight in the bin. Never again will I order from here. It was gross

These guys are amazing! I've been a regular customer for a few years now and I've always received fresh food, just the way it should be. Today I placed another order (Twister wraps) and yes... all was flawless. The staff are friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Credit to KFC!

Terrible Experience - Shrewsbury.

Can't say how terrible my experience was in a KFC in Shrewsbury - staff have no idea how to talk to customers, food was sent out wrong, and no apologies. Even the kids were complaining!

Absolutely awful, we placed an order via just eat and when the food arrived the chicken was rubbery and dry as if this had been lying under their heater for a while.

The food was not fresh this is not the first time we have had problems with the Glasgow Rutherglen branch and unfortunately doubt it will be the last!

Avoid KFC yate! Ordered a delivery , they messed it up and gave me wrong order, and the rest of the food was cold . Rang them to see if they could correct it ,but they had turnt there phone line off. Absolutely useless.

I paid £27 for a bucket and a few extras. Delivered via deliveroo. The bucket was split, the chicken greasy and anaemic looking. Absolutely vile. What a waste of money.

Had kfc for dinner as treat with daughter the gravey was disgusting unyet normally delicious the chips were cold an tasted like they were a day old but the chicken was delicious

Am I missing something here but does this business not have a quality control procedure in place?

I placed a KFC Deliveroo order on Wednesday, 13th of July 2022. Order #8532. The order was what I thought to be quite simple. A trilogy box and a 2-piece meal.

This unit, not for the first time, neglected to add the popcorn chicken and the fillets to this order! Now, I assume when one purchases a car, they don’t expect the car to be driven onto to forecourt with the seats missing? I telephoned the store once the order had been received to demand that it be fulfilled completely, given that is what I had paid for! The exceptionally unprofessional manager offered me a code to be given extra items next time I visited. Excuse me? A Deliveroo order kind of says it all really, it was a delivery as I could not get to KFC and not likely to ever go there. Had I of been to the unit, I would have checked my order and gone back in to complain. Clearly this KFC has the quality control capabilities of a box of matches. The branch manager even confessed that the new staff had some “training” issues. No, you don’t say! I’m sure it is not that complicated to take an item from one location and place it in a bag, perhaps that is trickier than it seems. It’s a shame that none of the KFC staff are one of my customers as I would have sold them a bag of 6 apples and taken 5 out! I don’t sell apples btw, just an example really.

This store is a shambles and I have ordered previously with items missing and complained to Deliveroo in the past about this. Last time, I received a full refund, this time, I had to argue the fact that I had I had not received a full order with Deliveroo from KFC. Customer service from Deliveroo, appalling! Effectively accused of being a liar even though I sent photos of the “half” a trilogy box!

Simple answer is, DO NOT order via Deliveroo from the Keynsham KFC as you are possibly going to be completely mugged off and hoodwinked unless of course you enjoy receiving half of what your hard-earned money has paid for!

This place is just run so poorly and it just shocking they lie when ordering food you ask them have you put sauces salad and just get told yea to get rid of you when i get home the orders are never right I HAD THE WOREST FOOD FROM THERE AND IVE BEEN GOING KFC SINCE 1982 this KFC WAS RECENTLY refurbished AND ALL THAT MONEY SPENT ON THE IMAGE AND THE SERVICE IS POOR THEY JUST DONT CARE THERE USEING CHEAP WORK FORCE AND IT SHOWS SHOCKING .....
i KNOW USE ONE NEAR TO FORNBURY READING KFC WHICH IS BETTER THE ONE IN READING TOWN IS JUST AS BAD THEY NEED TO re-evaluate THERE WORK FORCE BECUASE IT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER PLUS IF I WAS RUNNING THIS COMPANY I WOULD BE SENDING PEOPLE IN TO REVEIW THE SERVICE

Store seemed clean, service a little slow and gave gravy instead of beans, but replaced for free

Rip off merchants that take no notice of thier customers,keep rasing your prices you will have no one buying from you, your markup is ridiculous.
